If you have a community emergency after normal business hours , (Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) access gates not working, no water, no power, please dial 713-402-9056 and select option 1 , to leave a detail message of the emergency , community , your name and telephone number.

The on call manager will return your call.

You may also dial 713-469-3969 for the answering service.
