Need a Resale Certificate?


Please fill out the Request for Resale Certificate form. 

  • Resale Certificate fee : $200.00  Payable to APC Property Management

Please note it takes up to 48 - 72 hours to process a resale certificate or questionnaire.

To request a resale certificate / Questionnaire  using Zego / Paylease: 

  1. Select the Paylease link.
  2. Create an Account - a new account (not the same user name if you use Zego/ Paylease to pay your HOA fees). You may need to use a second email address- Paylease is linked community to your email address.
  3. Fill out the * required sections. 
  4. Select "*Resale Documents" under the "*Property" drop box. 
  5. ​Submit your payment.
  6. Email:Accounting@APCmgmt.com with the subject line: Resale Certificate (informing us of your payment). and send in the request form (below).
  7. Please note it takes up to 48 - 72 hours to process a resale certificate or questionnaire.


     To request a resale certificate by cashiers check or money order:

  1. Mail Certificate fee
  2. Email: Accounting@APCmgmt.com with the subject line: "Resale Certificate" informing us of your payment.
